Air temp installed a new furnace and AC system in our house. The company was referred by a close friend and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Mike was knowledgeable and informative during the quote and was able to book us in the following week for the install. His team arrived exactly on time and installed all components exactly as quoted. Mike and his team did a great job and even included things that I didn’t realize were included. His pricing was extremely fair for the level of craftsmanship we received. Mike went above and beyond for us. He beat all the competitors price by a long shot for our new gas furnace. When we were having issues with our AC he spent the time trouble shooting with us over the phone and even offered to come on his usual day off to fix it during the busy season. On the recommendation of 2 very satisfied customers I had my AC compressor and air handler replaced by Air Temp. Mike was punctual, very pleasant and very knowledgeable. AND, his prices were far lower than another company that gave me a quote. As well, the other quote had recommended a much smaller compressor and I questioned this as I felt I needed a larger one, and they still came in over $2,000 higher in price!! I was very satisfied with Mike's work and I would not hesitate for a moment to refer him to anyone.

Really happy with the work that Mike did in installing us a replacement furnace. He took the time to figure out what was needed and came to do the work a week later. Easily finished within the day with complete cleanup. We did a walkthrough and he explained everything.But also the communication from Nelia is top notch - you know where you stand, when Mike's going to be here almost to the minute, and she provided full details on how to claim the Fortis discount.I will use Mike again when we want to replace our AC. 100% recommend.

Mike and Nelia are the simply the best, I had my AC and furnace installed with them and couldn't recommend them more. Mike is a true professional and treats your home as if it were his own. If you've read the other reviews, you know what to expect here. Mike was amazing, from the initial quote to install of my new Furnace and A/C. He also made sure I was informed about the decisions I was making, it's not like this is a coffee I'm buying here!It's like he was working on his own house, everything was so meticulously done, and it all looks fantastic. When asked about a cover for my new AC, he even told me where I could get it cheaper.
