Bruno had installed my water heater a couple years ago and it has never had an issue. I had him in to service it for general maintenance. He responded right away to my request and offered a convenient time and day. He showed up right on time and was professional and considerate. His work is fantastic and he never upsells and has earned my trust and recommendation. He’s also a a very nice person.

We were contracted by Cima to do a small closet renovation - working with these guys was a blast! Bruno is extremely well organized & had everything to go when he said he would! Despite that we got some insight to the plumbing work he had done for the client and let me tell you, it did not fail to impress!! Amazing team & looking forward to our next project together!

Bruno dropped everything to rescue us. We had been limping along for a couple weeks with lukewarm water, waiting for another company to replace our hot water heater. The heater totally quit. Cima replaced it the same day. When we canceled with the other company we found out that they had no record of our appointment. Thank you! Our tankless hot water heater is awesome and very neatly and quickly installed!
