Bruno works even on weekends. I called on Sunday and did not expect that Bruno will pick up the phone. Lucky me, he did. We had emergency water heater installation. Clean, knowledgeable, on time and honest, plesant. I would recommend him vs other companies. Price is reasonable, easy to have a deal. thanks Bruno for good job

I woke up Saturday morning 7 AM to no hot water. Hot water heater let go after eight years. Called LOC at 9 AM, and Bruno, the owner answered the phone gave me some great auctions saving me a ton of money and getting me a better quality water heater for less money than I could get at Home Depot and he was here before noon to install the water heater on the same day. Great price great service can’t recommend enough.

Bruno is awesome. I bought a new house and inherited a code violation for my gas pipe (stove). While renovating the kitchen, I called Bruno to come and fix said code violation, as well as hook up my new gas stove. Bruno was flexible with the schedule changes I had to make (different areas of the renovation kept getting delayed - which pushed back the gas hookup), and when I was finally ready for gas, Bruno was open with his availability and ready. Bruno was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. After tending to the stove hookup and code violation...Bruno kindly looked at my gas fireplace which wasn't working. He cleaned it up and got it working perfectly, saving me lots of money as a new homeowner (as I was afraid I'd have to replace it). It looks like a brand new fireplace now! He also took a look at my water heater (currently a rental) and offered some advice. Bruno was friendly and personable - helped me with a lot more than I called him to come out for, didn't try and upsell me on anything, and offered great advice and taught me multiple things that will come in handy as a new homeowner. Thank you Bruno! I will be calling you for all of my future gas and plumbing needs, and recommend you to friends/family. 11/10.
