Mehdi responded promptly to our emergency calls with regards to heating issues. He offered excellent service and despite the busy schedule, he accommodated our need. Not only that, but he also followed up the next day to check if the heating was working well. In the summer Mehdi also attended to our service call. It was a hot day and our system required maintenance. We were really satisfied with Climate Solutions and would definitely recommend it to others.

Of course the furnace calls it quits in the middle of winter right?! During a couple of snow days right?! So a neighbour recommended CSI to us, and from the first conversation they were very professional. They were also able to come by the same day to have a look at the problem and Bob gave us the different options of repairing or replacing our old furnace. Given the age, we decided to replace it and it was installed with quality workmanship. Mehdi and Bob were very courteous. Overall, we had a good experience, and would recommend them to our friends and family.

Mehdi is a true professional. He went above and beyond what we had asked while explaining every thing he was doing step by step. I would highly recommend Mehdi to my family, friends and whoever is looking for an unbelievable service man. I called Mehdi at Climate Solutions when my water heater shut down. Being a new home owner I didn’t know much about the upkeep of a water heater and pretty much everyone I talked to was hinting towards getting a new water heater and wasn’t responsive. Mehdi was super helpful and he told me that it would most likely be the pilot blown out and just reigniting it would be enough. And he was right! I appreciate the work ethic and recommend them to anyone in need of need an HVAC/Heater related service.

Our furnace stopped working one morning and we needed someone to help us. Not knowing who to call I reached out to our neighborhood Facebook group for recommendations. Medhi and his dad were great to work with. Explained everything and gave me options on what we could do. Highly recommended from local Facebook group. Prices were very reasonable and even was lower then the quote. Installed new furnace quickly within day and got us back with heat. Would highly recommend.
